摘要
饭店可持续竞争力是多种因素综合作用的结果,评测饭店的可持续竞争力对促进饭店的可持续发展具有重要作用。本文在对饭店可持续竞争力的内涵进行界定的基础上,建立了饭店可持续竞争力的评价指标体系,构建了饭店可持续竞争力的“核心能力——产品市场竞争力”组合矩阵,对饭店可持续竞争力的四种类型进行了分析,并提出了相应的战略措施。最后,以秦皇岛市10家有代表性的饭店为例进行了实证研究,以验证其应用价值。
The sustainable competitiveness of hotel is determined by many factors. Thus ,how to assess the sustainable competitiveness of hotels has important implication to their sustainable development. Based on the definition about the meanings of sustainable competitiveness of hotel, this paper sets up the indicators system and an integrated matrix of "Core Competence-Product Competitiveness"of hotel's sustainable competitiveness. The integrated matrix can be classified into four types and each state has different development strategies. Finally, it puts the theory into practice by evaluating ten representative hotels in Qinhuangdao.
