摘要 在经济全球化和组织变革的过程中,人们越来越意识到图式、心智模式在组织持续发展中的重要作用。图式和心智模式概念的提出由来已久,并在不同的领域进行了探讨和研究。文章对图式、心智模式的相关文献进行了回顾,并提出了心智模式的管理策略。 In the process of economic globalization and organizational transformations, the importance of schema and mental model in sustainable development has been gradually recognized. Researches in schema and mental model have been abundant and this paper will review relevant literatures to propose strategies for the management of mental model.
