Reflections on Causes of Crimes:Crimes Stem from Behaviors

犯罪原因的研究是犯罪学研究的核心,而对犯罪原因的研究应该重在对犯罪行为的分析。笔者遵循从抽象到具体、从一般到特殊的顺序,阐述了个人与社会的矛盾是一切个人行为的基本矛盾、个人行为社会化、越轨升级———犯罪行为等,系统地论证了犯罪原因存在于犯罪人的行为之中。

The study of causes of crimes is the key to the research of criminology and should be primarily centered on the analyses of criminal offences. By following the sequences from the abstract to the concrete and from the general to the specific, this paper attempts to demonstrate that the contradiction between individuals and the society constitutes the basic contradiction underlying all individual behaviors, and that criminal offences largely stem from the escalation of transgression in the course of individual socialization, it is thus systematically proved that the causes of crimes lie in the behaviors of offenders.
