On Optimal Regrouping of Lead Groups in Departments of Colleges and Universities

开展对高校院系领导班子优化组合的研究,是进一步落实“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现。要按照《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,合理选配领导班子成员,加强院系领导班子自身建设,使高校院系领导班子形成梯形的年龄结构、互补的知识结构、合理的专业结构、较好的智能结构、协调的心理结构,成为朝气蓬勃、奋发有为的领导集体。

The study on optimal regrouping of lead groups in colleges and universities practices the important thought of ＂Three Representatives＂. Members of leader groups should be selected properly in accordance with Regulations on Selecting and Appointing Party and Political Cadres. Leaders groups in departments of colleges and universities should be set with proper structure in age, knowledge, specialty, intelligence and psychology.
