“新艺术”运动是欧洲和美国在19世纪末20世纪初开创的一个传统设计与现代设计过渡的装饰设计方向,特别在建筑方面充分运用创作灵感和想象的空间解放了艺术家和公众的想象力。在现代建筑设计探索新的建筑形式和空间仍有着积极的现实意义。

＂New art＂ move is the decoration design direction in Europen and the U.S. from the end of 19th century and beginning of 20th century. New art is a mix of traditional design and contemporary design directions, it enhances the imagination of both the artists and public in architectural design by fully using creativity and imagination. New art is still contributing a positive share in the research of new architecture and space.
