摘要
本文用高渗液体培养基,将过氧化氢配制成6%、3%、1%及0.5%不同浓度,分别加入类星形念珠菌、热带念珠菌及白念珠菌之沙氏斜面18~20h培养物中,充分洗下,置37℃温箱孵育,分别于不同时间内转种沙氏及高渗平皿中。发现除0.5%过氧化氢作用后能存活外,余各浓度均能将三种念珠菌相继杀死。选用0.5%过氧化氢处理上述菌种,4天后类星形念珠菌出现细胞膨大、疏松、有圆球体出现,5天后达80%;热带念株菌于第5天出现破碎及空壳细胞,有圆球体充满其中或外溢,第7天达60%;白念株菌第8天才出现变化,且仅有10%左右。由于各种真菌细胞壁厚薄、几丁质含量等不同,在同一条件下,对消毒剂的抵抗力强弱不一,因此,在临床上过氧化氢使用不当,均不能达到杀菌目的,反使其变为L型,造成病情迁延。
In this paper, three species of Candida were induced into L-forms by 0.5% hydrogen peroxide in a thioglycolate medium, which is a kind of disinfeetant These three species of Candida are different in resistance to this disinfcclant. If the concentration of hydrogen peroxide u$ed is not suitable in the clinic, these Candida could change into L-forms, and the aim of killing the microbes could not be realized. Eventully the disease will relapse and become chronic.
