The Observation and Thoughts on the Cheating Phenomenon in Professional Title Test

职称考试作为选拔和评价专业技术人员的重要手段,已得到社会的广泛认可。但由于种种原因,考试作弊现象时有发生。对职称考试作弊现象产生原因及方式进行了分析并提出了相应对策,以期有效减少职称考试作弊现象,维护职称考试的客观、公正。

The Professional title test, as an important way of choosing and evaluating professional and technical personnel, has already got the extensive recognition of the society. But for various reasons, the cheating in the test takes place occasionally. The author analyses the reason why examinees cheat and the ways in which they cheat and give some reasonable countermeasures to reduce the emergence of the cheat and make the test more objective and just.
