Characteristics of running a university:meaning and influencing factors——Discussing the characteristics of BUPT

办学特色是大学生存与发展的关键因素,它在大学发展的历史中逐渐形成。本文在分析大学办学特色的内涵和影响办学特色形成的因素之后,提出了北京邮电大学的办学特色,并将这些特色分为三种类型:比较明显的特色、正在建设的特色和有潜力成为特色的项目。

The characteristics of running a university are the key factors to the existence and development of the university, which are formed in the process of its development. This paper presents the characteristics of BUPT on the basis of analyzing the weaning and those factors which iufluence the forwing of characteristics of a university, and classifies them into three types： relatively distinct characteristics, developing characteristics and potential characteristics.
