香砂六君颗粒抗实验性胃溃疡作用研究

Study of the inhibitory action of Xiangshaliujun Granule(香砂六君颗粒) on experimental gastric ulcer

目的观察香砂六君颗粒对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的防治作用。方法用化学测定法观察香砂六君颗粒对家兔胃液胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌的影响。用利血平8mg/kg、消炎痛48mg/kg腹腔注射及冰乙酸20μl直接胃壁注射复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,观察香砂六君颗粒对三种胃溃疡动物模型的溃疡指数并计算溃疡抑制率。结果香砂六君颗粒可升高家兔胃酸pH值,降低胃蛋白酶活性;对大鼠消炎痛型、利血平型及乙酸型胃溃疡香砂六君颗粒的溃疡抑制率分别为48.7%、51.43%和39.87%。结论香砂六君颗粒对实验性胃溃疡有较好防治作用。

Objective： To investigate the inhibitory action of Xiangshaliujun granule（XSG） on experimental gastric ulcer. Methods： The effect of gastric acid and pepsase secreting on rabbit were detected by chemical ways. The gastric ulcer model of rats caused by reserpine, indomethacine or acetate were duplicated. The index of ulcer and eaulated the ulcer inhibitory rate were measured. Results： pH of gastric acid of rabbit compared with the normal group was increased , and pepsase avtivity was fallen too. The inhibition rate of gastric ulcer model of rats caused by reserpine,indomethaeine and acetate were 48.7% ,51.43% and 39.87%. Conclusions： The results suggest a good therapeutic effect of XSG on experimental gastric ulcer.
