摘要
目的观察连续给予葛根麻黄颗粒对大鼠产生的毒性及严重程度。方法80g/kg、40g/kg、20g/kg连续灌胃给药1个月,停药后继续观察2周,测试大鼠体重、进食量、血液学、血液生化学,脏器系数及病理组织学变化。结果80g/kg剂量时使大鼠进食量及体重减少,血红蛋白降低,40g/kg和20g/kg剂量时对大鼠各项指标无明显影响。结论葛根麻黄颗粒在80g/kg剂量时可引起大鼠食量减少,体重减轻及血红蛋白降低等轻度毒性作用。葛根麻黄颗粒对大鼠的安全剂量为40g/kg。
Objective: To observe the long-term toxicity and severity occurred after successive administration of Gegen Mahuang Granules(GMG) in rats. Methods : Rats was successively received GMG in doses of 80, 40, and 20 g/kg for 1 morth. Observed for 2 weeks after the withdrawal of the drug. The rats' body weight, food intake, hematology, hematic biochemistry, and organ coefficients were measared, and were observed the pathological and histological changes. Results: GMG in the dose of 80 g/kg decreased the food intake and body weight of rats, reduced hemoglobins in rats. GMG in the doses of 40 g/kg and 20 g/kg had no significant effects on the various markers of rats. Conclusions: GMG in the dose of 80 mg/kg may have mild toxicity of decreasing the food intake and body weight of rats, and of reducing hemoglobins in rats. The safety dose of GMG for rats is 40 g/kg.
