灵芪蠲肝液对血清肝纤维化指标和NO的影响

摘要 目的研究灵芪蠲肝液对血清肝纤维化指标和NO的影响。方法四氯化碳皮下注射复制肝纤维化模型,测血清NO及纤维化指标HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ;并取肝组织做病理检查。结果四氯化碳慢性肝损伤时,灵芪蠲肝液可降低NO、HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ;减轻肝脂肪变性,减少纤维组织增生,促进肝细胞再生。结论灵芪蠲肝液能减少肝纤维化指标的含量,减少NO的产生。 Objective: To observe the effect of Lingqijuangan Liquor(LQL) on serum liver fibrosis indexes and NO. Methods: The model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by 40% carbon tetrachloride oil liquor 3ml/kg se. The changes of blood serum ALT, AST, TP, ALB, GLO, ALB/ GLO, NO, serum fibrosis index hyaluronie acid ( HA), laminine ( LN ), procollagen Ⅲ ( PCⅢ ) , collagen Ⅳ ( CⅣ) were measured. Take liver tissue to do pathological examination. Results: Compaired with model group ,LQL can notably decrease ALT, AST, HA, LN, PCⅢ, and C Ⅳ and significantly elevate ALB when livers were chronic damaged, the difference was striking ( p 〈 0.05 ). Pathological examination find that LQL can lighten liver fat denaturalization and reduce fibrous tissue hyperplasia and accelerate liver cell rebirth. Conclusion: The hepatic fibrosis indexes and NO were decreased by LQL. So LQL had the effect of prophylaxes and therapy about CCl4 induced hepatic fibrosis.
