走新型工业化道路,应在保证传统产业的支撑和基础地位的条件下,优先发展高新技术产业,全面发展第三产业。
The road of new type industrialization should give priority to the development of the high and new technological industries and develop third industries all-round in the condition of ensure the position of the traditional industries＇ sustaining and foundation.
