摘要 目的应用分子分型分析浙江省甲型副伤寒沙门菌的遗传相关性,分析流行规律,制定有效的防治措施。方法运用PFGE方法对浙江省134株甲型副伤寒进行分子流行病学研究。结果134株受检菌株分为11个型,其中1型占47.8%,2型占36.6%,3型占0.7%,4型占4.5%,5型占0.7%,6型占0.7%,7型占0.7%,8型占1.5%,9型占0.7%,10型占1.5%,11型占4.5%。结论1、2型菌株占全部134株的84.3%。可见,受检的134株菌同源性较高。其中8种菌型为少见菌型,可能与浙江省甲型副伤寒高度散发有关。 Objective The present study was conducted to analyze the genetic correlation of salmonella paratyphi A and epidemic regularity using molecular typing technique for constituting effective measures of prevention and treatment in Zhejiang province. Methods 134 Strains of Salmonella paratyphi A of Zhejiang province were corrried through molecular epidemiology study using Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGF). Results One hundreds thirty four detected strains were divided into eleven types. Type Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ,Ⅸ ,Ⅹ and Ⅺ accounted for 47.8%, 36.6%, 0.7%, 4.5%, 0.7%, 0.7%, 0.7%, 1.5%, 0.7%, 1.5% "and 4.5%,respectively. Conclusion Both type Ⅰ and Ⅱ accounted for 84.3% in the total 134 strains. It is thus evident that 134 detected strains have a high homology and eight of them are of the rare bacterium type, which may be associated with the high sporadic condition of salmonella paratyphi A in Zhejiang province.
