农村承包地的生产经营现状及其对策思考——关于江西省952户农户的调研

THOUGHT ABOUT STATUS OF PRODUCTION & OPERATION OF CONTRACTED LAND IN RURAL AREAS & RELEVANT COUNTER MEASURES——INVESTIGATION & STUDIES ON 952 AGRICULTURAL HOUSEHOLDS IN JIANGXI PROVINCE

在对江西省952户农户生产经营现状进行实地调研的基础上,深入分析了当前农村承包地生产经营的基本状况及其存在的问题,并从城乡统筹发展、建立和谐社会的要求出发,提出通过引导和规范耕地流转行为和完善农村中介经济组织等途径,来进一步改革完善我国的耕地生产经营体制的对策。

On the basis of investigation, studies ＆ questionnaires on 952 agricultural households in Jiangxi Province about their status of production ＆ operation, this paper thoroughly analyzes the basic situation and problems existing in current production ＆ operation of the contracted farm land and puts forward counter measures as guiding ＆ standardizing the transformation of arable land and perfecting rural intermediary economy to further reform ＆ complete the system of arable land production ＆ operation in China from the request of unified development of city and town ＆ establishing a harmonious society.
