发达国家继续工程教育经验及借鉴意义

Experiences and Reference from Continuing Engineering Education in Developed Countries

自20世纪中期以来,发达国家把发展继续工程教育当做促进国民经济、参与国际竞争的强大支柱,积极推进继续工程教育,并积累了许多宝贵的经验:政府高度重视继续工程教育的立法工作;推行“有薪学习假”;办学主体多元化;确保继续工程教育经费;着重培养应用型人才。借鉴这些成功的经验,对我国继续工程教育的发展大有裨益。

Since the mid 20th century, developed countries have regarded developing continuing engineering education as the strong prop of advancing national economy and participating in international contest. They advance continuing engineering education actively and accumulate a lot of valuable experiences： the government attaches great importance to the legislation of continuing engineering education; a system of paid education vacation has been pushed; the pluralism of subjects that run a school; the fund of continuing engineering education is guaranteed; practical persons with ability are trained emphatically. Absorbing these successful experiences is helpful to the development of continuing engineering education in our country.
