To Build a Well-off Society in an All-round Way——the Goal and Status of Adult Higher Education

成人高等教育既是成人教育也是高等教育的一个有机组成部分。成人高等教育是终身教育的主要形式,是我国全面小康建设中体现“以人为本”思想的有效途径,也是实现高等教育大众化和公民获取平等教育权的有效补充。根据全面建设小康社会高等教育的数量目标,建立了成人高等教育2020年的数量目标和成人高等教育发展的方向。

Adult higher education is a part of both continuing education and higher education. It is a major form of all-life education, an efficient means of embodying the ＂human-centered＂ philosophy during the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way in our country, and an effective supplement to the popularization and equalization of higher education to ordinary citizens. According to the quality goal of higher education in the course of all-round construction of well-off society, this essay is intended to establish the quality goal and steer the direction of adult higher education in 2020.
