摘要
规范伦理的外显性和易操作性深刻影响了道德教育实践,其道德教育模式带有明显的“知性特点”,显得抽象枯燥和苍白。德性伦理以挑战规范伦理的面目兴起,反映了当代道德理论研究的最新进展。德性伦理重新找回了道德的根基,即人本身,有着现实的合理性,它与规范伦理有着密切的契合性,两者互为补充。德性伦理运动的出现对我国当前的成人道德教育也有着重要的启示作用,必须重视成人教育的德育功能,并且要在规范伦理和德性伦理之间找寻合适的道德教育模式。
The visibility and easy operation of normative ethics influenced the practice of ideological education. Its ideological education pattern has obvious feature of intellectuality and seems dull and pale. Virtue ethics thrived by challenging normative ethics, reflecting the new development in contemporary study in ethnics. Virtue ethics rediscovered the base of ethics, that is, human. It is valid and closely related to normative ethics, and the two complement each other. The appearance of virtue ethics movement has important enlightenment on adult ideological education. We must emphasize the function of adult ideological education and find the proper pattern of education.
