摘要
本文首先揭示出现行成人教育理论偏于成人专业未成性的失误及其在实际中产生的后果,然后分析了这一理论失误的原因,最后在成人两种未成性的基础上对这一理论进行了基础性的改造。
This article firstly uncovers the wrong tendency towards adult professional immaturity in adult educational theory and its consequence in practice and then analyzes the cause of this theoretical misunderstanding, and at last, on the basis of two kind of adult's immaturity makes the fundamental transformation of the nowadays theory.
