Standardize Teaching with Law——The Study of the Legal Issues in Adult Higher Education

近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,成人高等教育办学规模不断扩大,对于成教工作者的管理水平提出了严峻的挑战。2005年教育部新版《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的颁布实施对我们“依法治教”工作的开展提出了更严格的要求。本文试从理论和实践两条路径出发,对成教管理中的三个基本法律理论问题及管理实践中常见问题的法律对策做了较为详细的分析,为今后成人教育的依法管理提供了一条思路,同时,对高校管理工作者提高管理水平也为一种促进。

In this paper attention was given to the legal issues in adult higher education. Through the analysis of three basic problems-＂The legal status of university＂, ＂The relationship between students and university＂, ＂The relationship between the disputes of education and legal jurisdiction＂, the article gives its own opinions. It will be much useful for settlement of the disputes in education.
