从近年来黑龙江省高职教育发展现状,及省属高职院校的办学“特色”入手,以高职院校管理者实践的视角,阐述研究高职教育特色办学理念的认识。

In this article, we discuss the development of the high professional education, and its features. We explain what the ＂feature education＂ is in high professional education college with the view of executives in the activities of this education practice in Heilongjiang Province.
