农村普通高校女大学生有其明显的优点和弱点,学校领导和教师要有充分的认识,针对她们身上的弱点,采取各种有效的措施,更要加强思想政治教育,积极营造一个有利于女大学生健康成长、成才的良好环境。

At the rural university, school leaders and teachers should have full understanding that their students have obvious strong points and weaknesses. According to the weaknesses, they should take every valid measures, strengthen the education of ideology and politics, and establish a good environment helping girls to grow up into talented persons.
