高等教育自学考试是一种教育制度与教育形式相统一的高教模式,就其性质集中体现在个人自学、社会助学和国家考试诸方面。但本质属性与普通高教并无区别。

Self-study examination in higher education is a mode of education which is the union of education system and education form, Its features are reflected in self-study, social aid in the study and national examination. Its nature is much the same as general higher education.
