完善教师权益法律救济制度的若干思考

在教育改革日益深入的当今教育实践中教师权益会受到一些侵犯,而现行教育法律法规对教师权益的救济途径过少,缺乏有效的救济。为了保障教师合法权益免受侵害,应该根据具体情况完善教育法律法规:把司法救济作为教师法律救济的主要渠道;确立教师仲裁制度;加强对教师权益的程序法保护等。

Nowadays teachers＇ rights can be violated by some infracted invasions, but current education laws provide few legal help for teachers＇ rights and lack valid legal help. Therefore, education laws should be consummated according to the suitable circumstance. Firstly, legal help should be the main way to guarantee the rights of teachers; Secondly, the teacher arbitration system should be established; Thirdly, the procedure method of the teacher＇s rights should be strengthened.
