摘要
比较了两种形态的壳聚糖对铅离子的吸附动力学和吸附等温线,指出低结晶度的壳聚糖对铅离子的吸附速率、吸附饱和容量均大于高结晶度的壳聚糖。在20℃时,直径为200~300μm的低结晶度的壳聚糖颗粒对铅离子的吸附饱和容量为488 mg·g^(-1),高结晶度的壳聚糖对铅离子的吸附容量随其颗粒直径的增大而下降,而低结晶度的壳聚糖的颗粒大小对其吸附容量的影响不明显.钠、钾阳离子的存在,对两种壳聚糖分离铅离子的效果几乎没有影响。
The results from investigating adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm for lead ion by two different crystallinity chitosans indicate that low crystallinity chitosan has a higher adsorption rate and a larger adsorption capacity than high crystallinity chitosan. The adsorption saturation capacity of low crystallinity chitosan of diameter 200~300μm for lead ion is 488 mg·g_(-1) at 20℃. High crystallinity chitosan shows a decrease of adsorption capacity with an increase of particle size, but the particle size of low crystallinity chitosan does not greatly influence its adsorption capacity for lead ion. The presence of sodium or potassium cation does not interfere with the removal efficiency of lead ion by chitosan.
