单椭球模型红细胞大小光学测定的修正方法

摘要 文中分析了真实血红细胞的形体分布特征和光散射特征,建立了单椭球数学模型,得到了其形体影响的非线性数学关系,建立了血红细胞群形体分布的概率分布函数,引入血红细胞形体分布影响的统计微扰修正方法。为提高血红细胞大小分布检测结果的精度提供了理论和技术的依据。 The light scattering characteristics and the body characteristics of red blood cells (RBC) are studied in the paper,and from it,a single ellipsoidal model is setup and the scattering compose differences between the ellipsoidal model and spheroid model are researched particularly. A non-linearity relation of the hody influence of RBC is gotten in mathematics, meanwhile, a probability distribution function of the body of RBC is setup based on the body distribution stat-character of RBC. After that, a new perturbation modification theory about body influence of RBC is also brought forward based on the trouble-theory, and these offers a effective theory to advance measuring and analyzing technology of RBC.
