摘要
未经分散的超细直径硬硅钙石纤维成半中空球称为硬硅钙石二次粒子。然而,半中空球对进一步深入研究超细直径硬硅钙石纤维的性能与应用造成很大的局限。所以,进行有效分散至关重要。本文采用超声波振荡的方法进行分散,并细致、深入地探讨了不同分散条件对超细直径硬硅钙石纤维分散形态的影响,从而说明选用合适的料浆和水的浓度配比以及采用合适的超声振荡时间都将有利于超细直径硬硅钙石纤维的充分分散。
The raw material of ultrafine xonotlite fibers with a high hollowness was called xonotlite secondary particles.However, hollow structure is harm to the study on the properties and applications of ultrafine xonotlite fibers. So the dispersion of xonoflite secondary particles is very important.In this paper, xonoflite secondary particles were dispersed via the aid of ultrasound. The influence of different disperse conditions on the disperse state of xonotlite secondary particles was studied intensely.The experimental results show that the precise ratio of water to slurry xonotlite and the proper time of sonication mainly contributed to the full dispersion of xonoflite secondary particles.
