国有企业的性质

THE NATURE OF THE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISE

作为一种企业组织形式，国有企业被引入社会经济生活，有其历史的必然原因。本文通过对社会生产方式历史的考察，首先探讨了私有企业引入的原因，然后，讨论了国有企业的引入及其适用性。作者认为，国有企业应该是这样一种社会经济组织；透过国有企业，政府可以实现或有助于政府实现一定的社会政治或经济目标。

As one form of the firm organizations. there must have been some certain historical reasons for the emergence of the state-owned enterprise. In this paper, we explore the reasons why the private firm comes into being. first by analyzing the development history of the social production pattern. Then, the reasons for the introduction of the state-owned enterprise and its suitability are discussed. We think that the state-owned enterprise should be such a kind of social economic organization: with the help of it, the government is able to realize her sociopolitical or economic objectives, or it is helpful to the government to achieve her sociopolitical or economic objectives.
