摘要
以１９９５年１月１７日发生的日本阪神地震为线索，在对主要震害进行分析的基础上提出了避免类似震害的设计建议．
Beginning with the earthquake occurred in Kobe,Japan,January 17 as the clue,the phenomena of eatthquake disaster are discuused briefly.Based on and analysis of main earthquake disaster,a design is suggested for preventing similar earthquake disaster.
