摘要
采用分步加工技术,探索电火花成型加工新型模具钢7Cr7Mo3V2Si(代号LD)的表面成型规律.在此基础上,建立求解加工参数最佳切换点的数学模型.
The electric spark forming of LD steel 7Cr7Mo3V2Si as a new type die steel was investigated by adopting step machining technology,with the purpose of finding out regular pattern of its surface forming.On this basis,a mathematical model was formed for solving optimal switchover point of working parameters.
