本文介绍苏格兰有关高尔夫球场建设的政策体系和规划建议。结合我国高尔夫球场建设中存在的问题,对我国的高尔夫运动发展及球场规划建设的政策导向作若干讨论。

The paper introduces the policy system, especially the planning advice notes, in the planning and development processes of golf courses in Scotland. In the light of Scotland experiences, it also discusses how to establish effective policy guidelines on golf courses development and associated planning control in China.
