摘要 血管新生是在原来存在的血管结构上长出新血管的生物学过程。血管内皮生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子等许多因素均可刺激新生血管的形成。促进缺血心肌血管新生已成为治疗缺血性心血管疾病的新策略。近年来研究者对血管新生基础研究及临床试验进行了深入研究并取得良好效果。同时,治疗心血管新生亦存在一些尚需解决的问题。中医药益气活血、祛瘀生新等许多治疗法则以及临床的有效性,是中医药血管新生研究的理论和临床依据。 Angiogenesis is a biological process of growing new vessels from the existed vascular structure. Many factors, such as vascular endothelia growth factor and fibroblast growth factor, can stimulate the formation of new vessels. Promoting revascularization in ischemic myocardium has been a novel therapeutic strategy for ischemic cardiovascular diseases. Recently, investigators have done a lot of work in experimental researches and clinical trials, and made some progress. Nevertheless, there are still some problems to be solved in therapeutic angiogenesis. Clinical validity of traditional Chinese medicinal treatment and its therapeutic principles including strengthening qi and activating blood, removing blood stasis to stimulate generation of blood, etc. are the theoretic and clinical basis for TCM study on angiogenesis.
