概述了叶绿素荧光动力学的基本原理和测量方法,以及近年来叶绿素荧光动力学在植物抗逆生理研究中的应用,包括植物对光抑制、低温、热、水分和盐碱、营养、病原菌侵染等各种环境因子胁迫的反应。
The minireview described the basic and method of measurement, and application of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics in the study of physiological responses of plants to environmental stresses, including light stress, low temperature, high temperature, water and salt, nutrition, diseases and so on.
