摘要
温度对半导体激光二极管(LD)的输出特性有很大影响。设计了一种LD温度数据采集与分析系统。该系统采用串口A/D转换器与电平转换芯片,直接采集LD的温度数据,经串口传输到微机(PC机)中,进而对数据进行处理分析、保存和显示。实验研究结果表明:该系统硬件结构简单;软件编程采用面向对象编程语言VisualC++和强大的计算语言Matlab实现数据的采集和分析处理,充分利用了Windows操作系统及其应用软件的特点和功能。
The properties of semiconductor Laser Diode (LD) are greatly influenced by temperature. A LD temperature data acquisition and analysis system is introduced in this paper. A series A/ D converter and an electricity level converter are adopted,and temperature data can be directly sampled and delivered by a microcomputer (PC) serial port,and then analyzed and processed, saved and displayed. The experimental results indicate that the system hardware construction is simple,and software adopts Object Orientierten Programmierung (OOP) language Visual C++ and mighty calculation language Matlab to sample and process temperature data,making full use of the characteristics and the function of both the operate system of Windows and its applied software.
