摘要
直流电机的火花测试是目前航空部队飞机维护工作中面临的一个突出问题。阐明了直流电机火花原位检测仪的测量原理:即利用直流电机工作时产生的火花会反馈到电源线上这一特点,把这个脉冲信号与电源线上的直流信号进行隔离检测,并通过电路设计对测量原理予以实现。经过大量的实验和部队试用,证明该检测仪可以方便快捷地完成测试任务,具有较高的测试精度。并且通过简单的改装可以满足系列飞机的机载直流电机的火花测试,具有较强的扩展性。
The spark measurement of airborne direct-current generator in original position is a prominent problem of aviation army's airborne maintenance. The measurement principle of direct-current generator spark is introduced, that is to detect the spark sig nal feed back from power line and to realize it by circuit. It is proved that the instrument can finish the test job quickly and easily and satisfy the design purpose by experiment and probation. It has strong expansibility by simple refit.
