摘要
大学科技园的发展模式是关系到大学科技园发展成败的关键。而在大学科技园的发展模式确定之后如何保证大学科技园按照既定的轨迹发展是摆在科技园决策者面前的又一个问题。我们从政策工具、运行机制和评价体系三个方面对这一问题进行了分析。
The development model is crucial to University Science Park. After choosing the development model, a problem was on the table of the decision-maker of University Science Park, that is： How to ensure the University Science Park operate at fixed model. We make an analysis on this problem from three aspects：policy tool, operation mechanism and evaluation index system.
