河北省高新技术产业发展环境系统定位研究

Research on Environment System in High-tech Industrial Development of Hebei Province

知识经济时代高新技术产业的发展需要良好的环境系统来支撑。本文在对河北省高新技术产业现状分析的基础上,结合高新技术产业发展的一般规律,构建了河北省高新技术产业发展的环境系统模型,并给出了具体的系统运行评价方法,对当前的环境系统运行状况进行了测评,最后提出了今后环境系统高效运行的政策建议。

The environmental system with good development need of the new high-tech industry is come to support in era of knowledge-driven economy. This paper is on the basis of the thing that analyse to the current situation of high-tech industry of Hebei, combine the universal law of development of high-tech industry, structure the system model of environment of development of high-tech industry of Hebei, provide the concrete system and operate the method of thinking, has tested and assessed the present system operation conditions of environment, put forward the high-efficient policy recommendations that operate of the environmental system in the future finally.
