摘要
跨国公司本身是具有网络关联的知识转移机制。本文在界定了知识管理和知识转移关系的基础上,结合现有的相关文献,从微观和宏观两个层次归纳和分析了跨国公司的知识转移。微观层面以企业个体为中心,构建了跨国公司知识流网络,指出了影响跨国公司知识转移的因素和现有文献的侧重。宏观层面简介了从社会资本、产业集群和跨文化三个主要角度对跨国公司知识转移的研究,并强调了中国市场的特殊性。
MNC by their very nature are network firm and mechanism of knowledge transfer and creation. This paper firstly identifies the relationship between knowledge management and knowledge transfer, based on which, combined with present literature, this paper discuss knowledge management in from microcosmic and macrocosmic dimensions. For micro dimension, it focuses on firm and establishes knowledge flow network for MNC, also, the influential factors and emphasis in current researches are discussed. For macro dimension, the researches from social capital, industry cluster and cross-culture perspective are introduced. At last, the paper stresses the specialty of Chinese market.
