摘要
本文研究了高吸水性树脂的吸水性与分散剂种类,交联剂用量,水的PH值以及水中所含无机盐的关系。制得的树脂可吸无离子水622g/g,0.9%NaCl81g/g。通过红外光谱明确了聚合物结构;经显微照像观察了水凝胶的外部形态;通过TGA进行了水解物的热分析。
The copolymer of vinyl acetate and methyle acrylate was copolymerized with a peroxide as initiator in the presence of cross-linking agent. The product was alkaline hydrolyzed in a mixed solvent comprising of methanol and water. The relations between the water absorption capacities of the saponified copolymer and the kind of dispersant agent, the amount of across - linking agent used, the PH value of the water, the presence of inorganic salt in the water were studied. In case of deionizing water, the water absorbed by the copolymer amonut to 622g/ g; in contact with 0.9% NaCl solution, it amounts to 81 g / g. The structure and morphology of hydrogel of the copolymer were identified and examined by infrared spectrum and micrography. Its thermostability was identified by thermogravimetry.
