摘要 通过简要介绍虚拟现实建模语言VRML的定义、特点以及在虚拟产品设计过程中的设计流程,说明了在虚拟产品设计中使用VR技术不但可行而且效果良好。在此基础上,通过虚拟产品设计实例详细阐述了如何应用VRML来实现虚拟产品的运动仿真。首先,通过三维造型软件完成实体建模,并以DXF文件格式输出,通过3DSMAX等转换工具中的VRML输出接口生成WRL文件,然后编辑WRL文件,以实现虚拟机械零部件的运动仿真效果,从而达到了解机械零部件结构、实体形状和运动特征的目的。 Through introducing briefly the definition, characteristic of virtual reality modeling language (VRML) and the design procedure in the course of virtual product design, it proves that visual reality (VR) technology is not only feasible in the virtual product design, but also gets good results. On the basis of this, through a virtual product design instance, how to use VRML to realize the kinematic simulation of the virtual products was explained in detail. First of all, solid models through the three- dimensional model software was set up and exported with DXF file. Through VRML output interface provided by tool software such as 3DS MAX, WRL file was generated, Then WRL file was edited in order to realize the kinernatic simulation effects of machine parts. Thus, it is helpful to learn the structure of the mechanical part,solid shape and movement charaeteristic.
