摘要
应用非平衡态热力学理论,并从热传导方程出发,分析傅里叶热流、焦耳热和汤姆孙热等因素对半导体温差发电器性能的影响,导出发电器的输出功率一般表示式,探讨最大输出功率及其有关的优化条件.得到一些有意义的新结论.
The influence of several factors;such as Fourier'S heat flow; Joule's heat and Thomson heat rates. on the performance of a semiconductor thermoelectric generator is analyzed by using non-equilibrium thermodynamics and starting from the equations of heat conduction. A general expression of the power output of the generator is derived. The maximum power output of the generator and the optimal condition concerning the maximum power output are represented. Some new significant conclusions are obtained.
