This paper studies the effect of catalytical activities from the preparation of supported Nickel catalyst and reaction conditions on conversion of CH4 and CO2 in producing synthesis gas. The experimental result shows that catalyst with 10 mol%NiO/γ-Al2O3; which is obtained by using dipping method and at calcination temperature of 673 K; has optimal catalytical activity for the conversion of CH4 and CO2 when reacton temperature is 1023 K and space velocity is 2 500 h-1.
