摘要
跟踪自由表面的流体体积函数法(VOF方法)建立在部分流体体积基础上,是解决具有表面张力的液面波动问题的一种有效方法,该方法可利用部分单元体处理曲边界和内部障碍物。本文介绍了VOF数值计算方法的基本原理,并用VOF方法编制了程序,模拟计算了容器中具有自由表面的三维、非定常液面波动问题,得到了典型流动模型的计算结果,结果与物理分析相吻合,证明VOF方法是解决具有表面张力的自由液面波动问题的一种有效方法,可为工程设计提供理论依据。
Analysis of flow with free surface in vessel has extensive practical merit in engineering, but the problem of transient flow with free surface is high nonlinear and very difficult. VOF method is based on the fractional volume of fluid and allows multiple free surface with surface tension. It also has a partial cell treatment that allows curved boundaries and internal obstacles. This paper introduces brief principles of VOF numerical method, and simulates three-dimensional transient flow with free surface in vessel. This paper also provides results of some sample models. These results are coincided with the physical analysis, which can provide theoretical bases for engineering designs.
