摘要
为提高爆炸成形弹丸(EFP)对装甲目标的毁伤效果,设计了一种可以产生多个弹丸的爆炸成形弹丸(MEFP)装药结构,并采用LS-DYNA 3D程序对这种MEFP的成形过程及影响因素进行数值仿真研究。研究表明,MEFP所形成弹丸的发散角与填充物压制密度、相邻子装药间距以及同步起爆时差有关。一般而言,填充物压制密度越小、相邻子装药间距越大,以及各子装药间同步起爆时差越小都将有利于减小弹丸的发散角。
A kind of charge structure for muttipte exptosive forming projectile (MEFP) was designed to improve the destruction effect to the armored targets. The MEFP formation process and influence factors were simulated using LS-DYNA 3D. Simulation results show that the radial dispersion of MEFP depends on the density of inert stuff, the space between neighboring charges and time difference in the synchronization. Generally, the smaller density of inert stuff, the greater EFP space and the smaller time difference benefit to reduce the radial dispersion of MEFP.
