摘要
将静压驱动应用于火炮的驱动系统中,利用电液比例控制技术,实现火炮的自行走功能。通过对闭式系统进行分析,提出泵控马达系统的数学模型,并进行动态仿真,研究了静压驱动系统的动态特性。通过对火炮电控静压驱动系统的实测试验,获得了输出压力—流量曲线,验证了恒功率特性。由于采用电控单元(ECU),减轻了火炮的质量,提高了机动性。为军用车辆的静压驱动提供了范例。
A cannon hydrostatic driving system is described. The system uses an electric-hydraulic proportional control to implement the self-walking function of cannon. The mathematical model of the pump control motor system was set up by analyzing the closed system, and a dynamic simulation was performed at the same time. The output pressure-flow curve was obtained by testing the electronic control hydrostatic driving system, which confirmed the characteristic of constant power. As an example of hydrostatic driving system for military vehicles, the application of electronic control unit(ECU) leads to weight reduction of cannon, thus improving the manoeuvrability.
