摘要
以灰色系统理论为基础,用最能反映武器系统效能的战术技术性能指标构造各比较方案的模式,进而求得所有比较模式的公共标准模式。通过求各模式对标准模式的靶心度(即接近程度),并按大小排序,最终确定各比较方案效能的优劣。在对3种步枪进行效能评定时,本方法所得结论与传统方法的结论以及3种步枪在战场上长期使用的实际情况一致,从而验证了本方法的有效性。
According to the theory of grey systems, the patterns of alternative schemes are formed with the tactical and technical performance indices which reflect the effectiveness best. Thereby, a standard pattern of these patterns is obtained by these patterns. The good or bad effectiveness of weapon systems evaluated can be distinguished by solving the approaching degree of patterns for their standard ones and making the queue of approaching degrees in the light of their values. It is found from the evaluation of three rifles that the method gives the same conclusion as that from conventional method and the actual situation of using the weapons in battlefield. Therefore, the method is proved to be valid.
