Design and Implementation of a Secure E-Government System

论文基于公钥基础设施(PKI)规范设计并实现了一种基于Internet的安全电子政务系统。该系统包括防火墙、入侵检测系统、证书管理中心、安全电子邮件系统、灾难备份系统和电子政务业务系统等子系统,提供保密性、身份认证、完整性、不可抵赖性、访问控制和可用性等安全服务,是一种电子政务的安全解决方案。

This paper designs and implements a secure e-government system based on the public key infrastructure. The system includes firewalls, intrusion detection systems, the management center of certificates, a secure e-mail system, a disaster backup system and an e-government business system. The system provides several security services, such as confidentiality, authentication, integrity, non-repudiation, access control and availability. The system is a secure solution of e-government.
