摘要
提出一种制造多尺度外翅片管的加工方法,实现同时在铜管基体上生成具有两种或两种以上尺度范围的翅片;设计一种特制犁削刀具,并建立刀具的角度标注系统。表面功能结构在翅片管中应用已十分广泛,但其性能的有效评价函数一直没有建立,对此提出翅片管的性能评价指标—比能面积sγ。在此基础上,利用该指标对多尺度外翅片管的性能进行评价,对其加工影响因素进行优化,寻找出该翅片管的最优加工参数。
A machining method was presented to simultaneottsly fabricate surface function structure on the surface of a copper tube which is called a multi-dimensional fin tube, which machining mechanism was analyzed. The machining process mainly involves four stages:forming, growing,fined tumor and flanging. The mechanism of the forming of fins was discussed. Presents a model, called the ratio of action area( 7, ) ,to evaluate the performance of the multi-dimensional fin tube. The degree of influencing factors was successfully distinguished and the process parameter was optimized by this estimated model.
