摘要
目前,波长为800砌或810nm的半导体激光,广泛地应用于脱毛领域。半导体激光以其较长的波长、较宽的脉宽时间,能够安全、有效地祛除各种肤色病人(phototypes Ⅰ-Ⅵ)的多余毛发,并且发生瘢痕或者色素改变等并发症的几率较小。综述了半导体激光的脱毛机理、影响脱毛效果的参数选择及在临床上的应用,并将它与其他几种激光进行了比较。
The diode laser (800nm or 810nm) is now used to remove redundant hair. The longer wavelengths, longer pulse durations make the diode laser suit all kind of skin types(phototypes Ⅰ-Ⅵ). It is safe, efficatious, and the side effects it caused, like scar or pigmantation, are much fewer than other lasers. In this review, we summarized the mechanism of diode laser hair removal, the parameters and clinical application. We also compared the diode laser with other laser.
