摘要
用可分离双参考光两次曝光全息干涉法叙述了测量物体变形的方向,并设计了光路系统。用两个平面反射镜将一束扩展激光束分成两束参考光和一束物光,记录物体变形下的可分离双参考光两次曝光全息干涉图,从理论上对此作了分析,给出实验结果。
The method of measuring direction of mechanical deformation by derence-beam doubleexposure holography is proposed. In the optical system designed, a spread heam is divided into two reference beams and one object beam with the help of the two planar mirrors. Thus the double-exposure interferogram of the measured object under constant deformation can be recorded. Informations of deformation direction are analyzed in theory. The method of using detachable-double-reference-beam double-exposure holography to measure deformation direction is described. Experimental results are given.
