摘要
文中应用CO2激光照射弓形虫速殖子,通过照射前后虫体的形态学观察、繁殖能力检测、虫体接种小鼠的存活力试验以及照射虫体诱导的体液免疫测定等方法,表明激光照射能够抑制虫体的繁殖和分裂能力,能诱导产生持续升高的IgG抗体,说明激光照射弓形虫速殖子的作用明显,可在弓形虫病的治疗及预防中得到应用。
CO2 laser was used to irradiate toxoplasma tachyzoites. By morpholoy observation, the detection of propagation ability, the survival of Toxo-inoculatedmlce and the detection of humoral immunne were induced by irradiated toxoplasma, and the results showed that laser can inhibit propagation and fission of tachyzoites. This can induce IgG-antibody. It can be applied to cure and prevent toxoplasmosis in the future.
